Dartmoor Cemetery, Becordel-Becourt, France

18th Division, including 11th Royal Fusiliers of 54 Brigade, arrived in France at end of July, 1915 and after a period of training moved to the Somme area, recently take over from the French Army. Between 4th December and 15th December, 1915, 11th Royal Fusiliers were in rest billets in Morlancourt, moving into the nearby front line on the latter of these two dates. Private Reece died of wounds on 15th December, 1915,  but as yet there is no information as to when he was wounded.
